For a long time, IPM (Intelligent Power Module), as the core component of intelligent inverter home appliances, has been monopolized by Japanese, American and European companies. The use of discrete devices has disadvantages such as poor high temperature characteristics, weaker short circuit resistance, low insulation and voltage resistance, and no protection function.

Solution

In order to break the monopoly, the joint original motor power drive team began to carry out high-voltage drive circuit HVIC design in 2007, high-voltage power module IPM packaging in 2010, IPM products began to be promoted in the field of white goods industry in 2012, and began to be adopted by the majority of domestic brand-name home appliance manufacturers in 2016 and co-development. With the deep technical accumulation in IPM field, we have formed a full-flow system of IPM chip design, wafer flow, packaging, testing, system verification as well as a perfect quality control system, and our production scale is the leading one in China. Since 2014, a total of 50 million intelligent power modules have been applied to the inverter products of downstream home appliances and industrial customers, including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, hoods, ceiling fans, household fans, industrial fans, water pumps, elevator doors, sewing machines, power tools, industrial inverters, etc., which breaks the long-standing monopoly of the international manufacturers in this field.

Product Features

Built-in low-loss 600V/15A IGBT (six) and high-voltage gate driver circuit (HVIC); built-in under-voltage, over-temperature, over-current protection, bootstrap diode and current-limiting resistor; fully compatible with 3.3V/5V MCU interfaces (valid at high level); three of the three independent negative DC terminals can be used for current detection, the package optimization of the use of DBC design and low electromagnetic interference design, insulation With an insulation voltage of 1500Vrms/Min, these products are widely used in air conditioner compressors, refrigerator compressors, low power inverters, washing machines and other product areas. Compared with similar products, this series of products has good high temperature characteristics, stronger short circuit resistance, better insulation and voltage resistance.
