Finding customer pain points

AC-DC power supply chip as the core device for product power supply has long existed problems such as high standby power consumption, low efficiency, single mode of operation, insufficient voltage withstand, poor EMI performance, and weak protection function of abnormal state.

Solution

In order to solve the customer's problem, the joint original power supply chip team in 2016 began to drive IC design, in 2018 mass production, single model currently accumulated shipments of 30 million.

- Patented EDMOS/EDPMOS devices to realize MOSAC-DC products with high-voltage start-up hermetic seal, standby power consumption <30mW.

- The most reasonable packaging solutions, such as hermetic sealing/stacking and customized packaging frame, to realize AC-DC hermetic MOS products with output power below 65W.

- LDMOS on-resistance competitive high-voltage single-chip process to realize competitive low-power AC-DC built-in MOS products.
