IGBT modules for maximum performance

Semikron Danfoss offers IGBT modules in SEMITRANS, SEMiX, SKiM, MiniSKiiP and SEMITOP packages in various topologies, current ratings and voltage ratings. From 4A up to 1400A, with voltage classes from 600V up to 1700V, the IGBT modules are used in a variety of applications. They feature key technologies such as sintering and spring or press-fit contacts for quick and easy assembly.

Available topologies include CIB (converter inverter brake), half-bridge, H-bridge, sixpack, 3-level and many more, covering every application field. In these topologies, the latest IGBT chips are combined with CAL diode technology.

The latest Generation 7 IGBTs are now available in Semikron Danfoss power modules. They provide higher power densities and set the new benchmark, especially in motor drive and solar applications.
