10:30 in the morning, the lawn was drenched in sunshine – and so were our smiles. We all gathered up, grabbed a big group photo, and that shutter click froze all the hype and laughter of the moment.

Then our coach got us into round after round of silly games – caterpillar races, balloon battles, crazy dodgeball. Out on the grass, people were shouting chants until their voices cracked, some ran so hard they almost plowed into their teammates, and a few just flopped on the ground to protect their balloons. Laughter, screams, stomps – it all melted into one big buzz, and the whole lawn was absolutely lit.

Right then, titles didn’t matter. We were just teammates, fighting side by side.

At noon, we hit the Letian Restaurant for a family‑style feast, round tables loaded with steaming local dishes. We sat together, munching and chatting about all the funny moments from the games – chopsticks clinking, and with every bite, we felt a little closer.

The afternoon sun was just perfect, so we went into free‑roam mode. People wandered around, some pairing up for photo ops, some just slacking off in groups, and others simply finding a spot to chill and talk. No KPIs, no schedules – just heaps of joy to burn however we wanted.

As evening fell, the sky turned that warm orange glow. The barbecue pit in the jungle fired up at the same time, skewers sizzling on the grills. Some took charge of the cooking, some were official taste‑testers, and a few grabbed the mic to sing karaoke while flipping meat – hey, pitch doesn't matter, snagging that mic is the real victory!

BBQ, singing, clinking glasses, roaring laughter – three hours around that fire strung together all the day’s happiness.

Night crept in, and we wrapped up with full bellies and even fuller smiles. Everyone headed home, but that warm, buzzing joy had already found its way into our hearts – ready to carry back to our desks, turning into that unspoken understanding and strength for the next leg of our journey.
