MCU microcontrollers, as the core devices of intelligent kitchen appliances, have longstanding problems such as long product development cycles, few communication interfaces, and software programs that cannot be upgraded online.

Solution

In order to solve the customer's problems, the joint original microcontroller R&D team began product design in 2018 and mass production in 2020, and the single model is now stable shipments, which are applied by several products.

- Integration of a wealth of timers, communication interfaces (6 UART, 1 SPI, 1 I2C) and high-performance analog front-end processing modules, such as 12bit500KspsADC, multi-stage gain adjustable operational amplifiers and so on.

- Based on the Cortex-M0 core development of 32bit microcontroller, the realization of the main frequency of up to 48MHz, the maximum support for 128KBFlash and 16KBSRAM, so that the product is particularly suitable for a new generation of kitchen appliances / home appliances and the Internet of Things and other types of applications.

• PLL supports up to 96MHz, the clock is provided to CPU and other high-speed peripheral modules after 2-division frequency.

- Communication Interface

• Provide up to 6 UARTs (1~6), baud rate up to 3Mbps. UART1/3 support flow control, UART2/4/5/6 only support two-wire 1 SPI interface: 24Mbit/s in master mode, 8Mbit/s in slave mode SPI interface pins can be mapped to 3 sides of the circuit
• 1 channel I2C, support for master-slave mode, the maximum data rate of 400Ksps; at the same time compatible with the PMBUS, SMBUS specification. I2C interface pins can be mapped to 4 sides of the circuit

- Analog Subsystem

• 1 high-performance 12-bit ADC, supports 16-channel input, sampling rate up to 500KSPS, while the ADC built-in 2-way digital comparator
• 1 Rail-to-Rail analog comparator
• 1 gain-configurable operational amplifier, amplification 1~10/12/14/16/24/32 adjustable in 16 stages
